Welcome to the website of the second annual INSEAD Alumni Association (IAA) Americas Alumni Forum. The USA INSEAD Alumni Association, in collaboration with the INSEAD Alumni Associations of Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico, and Peru, will host the 2012 Forum in New York City over the weekend of April 27 – 29, 2012.

 

All INSEAD alumni are welcome and encouraged to attend. This year we are expecting over 300 alumni. Dean Dipak Jain will address the alumni community, including many prominent alumni who have already confirmed their attendance. Speakers will hail from across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

 

This year the theme will be leadership and we are fortunate to have John A. Thain joining us as keynote speaker. Mr. Thain is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CIT, a leading provider of financing to small businesses and middle market companies. Prior to joining CIT, Mr. Thain was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merrill Lynch, one of the world’s leading wealth management, capital markets and advisory companies. Other keynote speakers include Manfred Kets de Vries, Chair of Leadership and Development at INSEAD, and Professor Morten Hansen, who will speak on his newly published New York Times bestseller, “Great by Choice” (co-authored with Jim Collins).
